Terms & Conditions: Cabanas have a maximum capacity of 6 guests. Available from 9am to 7pm. Please note that glass containers, personal coolers and outside food and beverages are prohibited in the cabanas and on the pool deck. Rates are subject to change due to special events and black-out dates may apply.
Cancellation Policy: Should you choose to cancel your reservation, the cabana must be cancelled 24 hours prior to the start of your original reservation time to avoid a 50% charge to your room/credit card. No-shows will be charged full rate. All pricing is subject to change. In the case of poor weather, refunds are not given unless Pool Operations closes for the entire day.

Please be advised that Caribe Royale Orlando requires a credit card guarantee or cash deposit upon check-in at the hotel registration desk for potential incidental charges incurred during your stay. The incidental hold is $100 per night of your reservation. If using a credit card, the hold will be released within 48 hours of your checkout date, and it could take up to 10 days for your credit card company to process the hold.
There will be a charge of $35 plus tax, per room, per night. The following bundle of services will be included in the hotel fee for your convenience:

Our “Travel with Confidence Cancellation Policy” allows you to book your next getaway and cancel without penalty up to 72-hours prior to arrival for certain qualifying rate plans.
All suites and villas are non-smoking. In compliance with Florida law, we do not permit smoking in public areas. E-cigarettes are included in the same category as cigarettes and are not permitted in public areas and guest accommodations. If it is determined a guest has smoked in a suite or villa, a $300 a day fee will apply.
Smoking is only allowed at exits on the parking lot side of the property.

- Up to one (1) pet, cat or dog only, per suite.
- Pet and pet owners are encouraged to stay in our “pet friendly” assigned suites. (Please inform the Reservations Department of your intention to bring a pet at the time of booking).
- Pet must not weigh more than 50 pounds.
- Pet must be current on all veterinarian recommended vaccinations and you agree to obtain and provide a current record, should Caribe Royale request the information.
- A one-time, non-refundable Pet Cleaning Fee of $125.00 plus 12.5% tax will be charged to your suite.
- Should there be any damage to the suite, including soiled/stained furniture, additional charges will apply, at the hotel’s discretion.
- All guests must register their mobile phone with the front desk upon check-in and must be available to the hotel team at all times. Hotel will provide a Pet Door Hanger which must be hung on the exterior of their suite when leaving their pet unattended.
- Pet must be kept in an appropriate crate while Housekeeping services the suite. If pet is not secured in the crate, the suite will not be serviced for the day.
- Pets are not allowed in pool, restaurant or fitness center areas.
- Pet must be leashed or restrained while walking around the hotel in designated areas pursuant to Florida Leash law.
- Guests are responsible for pet waste clean-up inside the hotel and at the designated “pet relief” area. A waste can and plastic bags are provided in the relief area.
- If a pet’s behavior results in complaints by other guests, the owner may be asked to board the pet at an off-property kennel at owner’s expense.
- Guests are responsible for all personal injuries/and or property damage related to their pet.
- Guest agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Caribe Royale, the hotel, its operators and owners and their respective affiliates from all liability and/or damage suffered as a result of their pet.
Emotional support pets do not constitute “work or tasks” under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and are subject to the pet policies and fees listed above.
Registered Service Animals are not subject to these pet policies or fees. Registered Service Animals are allowed wherever the owner is in need of assistance.
Our check-in time at Caribe Royale Orlando is 4 pm and the check-out is 11 am.
We honor early check-in and late check-out requests based upon availability.
Early check-in fee:

Late check-out fees:
- 12 pm - 3 pm: $75 plus tax
- 3 pm - 4 pm: 50% of the Best Available Rate that day, plus tax
- After 4 pm: 100% of the Best Available Rate that day, plus tax
Yes, the minimum check-in age is 18 years old. Additionally, any guest under the age of 21 must provide a valid credit card in order to check in. This includes all third-party reservations in which the guest is responsible for incidentals only. Any cash-paying guest under the age of 21 will also be required to provide a valid credit card for incidentals in order to check-in.
Four occupants are permitted in a king suite, five occupants are permitted in a queen suite, and six occupants are permitted in a villa.
The Caribe Royale Orlando enforces a no party policy to ensure the protection and quiet enjoyment of all our guests during their stay. No parties, loud disturbances and/or noise-nuisance are allowed or tolerated. In the event of a disturbance, one polite warning will be given. If this warning is not adhered to the guest will be asked to leave the property without a refund. The registered guest(s) are responsible for the actions of all persons visiting their suite or villa.
Prohibited items include items with heating elements or open flames and certain items that generate heat. This includes crock-pots, rice cookers, portable grills, toasters, hot plates, candles, incense or any other item that may create a fire hazard.
As part of the Resort Fee per night, plus tax, local calls and 800# calls are complimentary. Extended connections to toll-free numbers are $.75 plus tax in addition to a $.10 per minute following the first 30 minutes of the call.
Standard high-speed Internet access (Basic Plan) is included in the Resort Fee per night, plus tax. Guests have the option to upgrade to Premium Plan for $14.95 per day. The Premium Plan provides enhanced speed suitable for video chat, downloading large files, and streaming video.
These types of devices (self-balanced, two-wheeled, gliding motorized scooters) are prohibited on property due to safety concerns.
In order to ensure the safety and privacy of all guests, drones are not permitted to be operated on resort grounds.
The Fitness Center is open 6 am – 9 pm.
Our Villa kitchens are fully stocked with utensils and silverware plus coffee maker, blender, cookware, dishware, and glassware.
As part of the Resort Fee (per night, plus tax), we offer transportation to Walt Disney World® Theme Parks and an evening shuttle to Disney Springs®. Please stop by our Concierge Desk in the Reception Building at least one hour before departure to reserve your transportation. Arrive at the designated shuttle stop at least 10 minutes prior to scheduled pick-up time and board the shuttle with your ticket (first come, first served).

The Fedex® Office is located in the Grand Caribe Convention Center. There is a fee for handling of boxes and/or parcels. The Caribe Royale is pleased to be an official Green Lodging hotel and earned the Three Palm Designation by the state of Florida.
Water Conservation: Guest towel/linen reuse, low flow faucet/shower head, automatic faucets/toilets in public restroom. Villa information cards advising guests to run dishwasher at capacity.
Energy Efficiency: Energy Star rated equipment, sensor lighting, LED lighting throughout property, weather stripping, double pane windows, A/C temperature set to save energy.
Waste Reduction: Recycling receptacles are available for guest use. Additionally, we recycle industrial items such as light bulbs, oil, tires, ballasts, metal and more. We use paper products with recycled content. Bulk purchase of copy paper.
Clean Air Practices: Annual cleaning of air handlers/coils, use of Merv8 air filters, guest transportation to Disney, LYNX bus passes for employees, and bike rentals available for guests. We use environmentally preferable air freshener and glass cleaner.
Food & Beverage Contribution: “Skip the straw” initiative – paper straws are used for alcoholic beverages, and non-alcoholic beverages use paper straws upon request. Bottled water is no longer used for internal functions.
Yes, the Caribe Royale offers pay-per-view programming. The system also features parental controls to restrict programming available for purchase and viewing.
While we do not provide complimentary shuttle service, guests can choose the taxicab services from Orlando International Airport which requires fares to be determined by a taximeter or Uber or Lyft for a fee. You can stop by our concierge desk in our main lobby for more information.

Calypso’s Pool Bar & Grille blends Latin and Caribbean influence with poolside relaxation, Calypso’s is an all-day retreat from everything with its frozen drinks, savory bites, creative plates and open-air ambiance.
Rum Bar featuring BACARDÍ® Rum is a lounge-like bar centered around an extensive selection of BACARDÍ® Rum, this is an ideal locale to sit back, sip on spirited cocktails, snack on a few late-night favorites and even try your hand at a game or two of dominoes.

We do not currently offer children’s day care; however, Caribe Royale has excellent pools which consist of our large tropical pool with a 75-ft water slide and a kiddie splash area, a game room and a basketball half-court. And of course, Walt Disney World® Theme Parks, and all popular attractions for kids of all ages are only minutes away.

Guests can purchase Orlando theme park and attraction tickets online or at the Concierge Desk in our Reception Building.
The boutique Island Spa offers nail, massage and complete body treatments along with waxing services and facials. The Island Spa is open daily; however, spa hours are subject to change seasonally. To contact the Island Spa or to schedule your appointment call 407-597-8709. As an included benefit in the Resort Fee, Caribe Royale guests enjoy a 10% discount on spa services.
Same-day dry cleaning service is available through our Bell Services Desk.
Pay-per-use with a credit card for washers and dryers located on floors 3, 6 and 9 in all towers. Each Villa includes a stackable washer and dryer.
Children are permitted on the water slide unaccompanied by an adult if they meet the 42-inch minimum height requirement. If they do not, an adult is required to accompany them down the slide. Also, floaties and water wings cannot be worn on the slide. Only United States Coast Guard (USCG) Approved Personal Floatation Devices may be worn for the safety of our guests.
Seasonally, we feature poolside organized activities as well as a schedule of Movies Under the Stars. All movies and activities are part of the services included in our nightly Resort Fee.
The pools are kept between 80-84 degrees and are open 8 am until 11 pm. The 75-foot water slide is open from 8:30 am until 10:30 pm. There are no lifeguards on duty – swim at your own risk.
We have a total of 3 outdoor pools, which consist of a large tropical pool with a 75-ft water slide, a kiddie pool, and private villa pool. There are no lifeguards on duty.
Yes, Express Check-Out is available using the menu on your in-suite televisions to check-out of the hotel without having to come to the front desk.
